All Good meals start with the ingredients

When you start to build you meal you will have an abundance of choices for the ingredients; start with your vegetables, add some meat or protein, and finish it all off with some oils, seasonings, and spices. The choices can be cumbersome but it is not as intimidating as it seems. So to help you start building your dream bowls we have provided the following list of available ingredients! Not all the items on this list are always available and from time to time we have special or additional items available but this list is a great starting point for you to begin thinking of what you want to add.
